Dooley Brothers Engineerying Works Ltd. manufacture a range of high specification trailers for the agricultural, construction and general trade market. Founded in 1962 by brothers James and William Dooley, the company initially carried out engineering repairs to agricultural machinery and to motor vehicles. Soon after the company began to manufacture trailers and this is the company’s core business ever since.

Dooleys Bros. Engineering built a strong reputation based on the sturdiness and reliability of their trailers. They expanded and developed their facilities over the years to enable them to manufacture a greater variety of trailers and using the highest standard of equipment that was available. In the 2000's the company carried out extensive developments, installing a state of the art shot blasting facility and a CNC press brake and profile cutting to improve production capability and the quality of the product. Blasting is regarded as one of the most effective forms of preparing steel for painting. It can add a significant number of years onto the life of the paint system on your equipment. As a result Dooleys paint system is one that is well regarded industry nationwide.
